This is the 3rd Call For Votes for the creation of the newsgroup
REC.AUDIO.CAR.

To update you on the voting time limit for the Call for Votes, the
net.administrators have officially gave me from October 1, 1990 to
October 21, 1990.

The current vote count is 107 (YES) to 27 (NO).  Just a reminder, for this
vote to pass, the YES-votes have to outnumber the NO-votes by 100 and by a
2/3 ratio.  So far, it is not the case.  If you haven’t voted yet, please
do…      

The newsgroup REC.AUDIO.CAR will be used to discuss the merits (and demerits)
of car audio.  Anything relating to car audio will be adequate posting
material.  The newsgroup will not be moderated.  Please make all votes
distinctly YES or NO.  Please make all vote to the address below…
